payment not acknowledged

After back and forth arguments with MTN HVRC they claimed that my payment was located and the phone dispatched back to the store. <br> However, this was not true and was simply said to shut me up about the matter as they are at fault for providing me with an incorrect job card number which I made payment for only to discover it belonged to another customer with a different device altogether. <br> <br> I'm back at the store and they are as clueless about my phone's whereabouts. <br> It's been held hostage for months now, and I'm wasting my data, my airtime and petrol trying to get it back. I'm disgusted. <br> <br> Job card number paid for *** instead of ***/9 I don't even know anymore.
