PAYMENT MADE, NO SERVICE RECEIVED

I have a wifi contract with MTN. I have paid for my service for the month of January, however since the 8th (Monday) around 10am I have been without service. I have contacted the customer service and lodged a complaint and have received no assistance. Absolutely unacceptable.
