Payment Made But Not Allocated - Service Suspended

Horrible service. Account was paid on the 25th of October. Still not allocated, service suspended, credit profile being affected and all MTN is saying is sorry. No managers available to assist - call centre staff don’t understand and I am the one struggling even though my account is up to date
