Payment issue
On the 30 of Nov 2015. Mtn suspended my account due too inefficient funds. In my account witch was not the case I went to the branch and ask why they suspended my account they told me I was R1760 behind but when looked at the system and my rapport I paid in full and there. Was a amount of R944 paid that they never deducted form my instalment so the consultant did send head office a not too find out what is happened and its been a week I heard nothing. And where is my money R944 Am I paying for a service or circus they quick to cut your service but if you have a problem they take there time pathetic
