Payment done by MTN and have proof.

I am a loyal customer of MTN for years.

Issue. I use to make payment via EFT. And use to have an issue wrt them suspending my account. And had to send the POP like 6 times a week now I made payment of the amount outstanding via the MTNapp but MTN keeps suspending my account. And I have numerous sent POP. And then have to phone in and then they unsuspend and after few says suspend and charging me interest. They request that they will allocate the amount but I must say promise to pay the amount. I don't understand why I need to take that commitment when the amount is paid already.

Once again they suspended my account.

I hope they can contact me and sort it out ASAP
