payment done but service still suspended!!!disgusted

Hi. i paid my account with mobile app with credit card but mtn still suspended my service.Also strange enough my debit didnt go as well which my account has got more than enough what mtn bill needs it.i also had disgusting attitude call center worker Nana mtshani.she wasnt listening me at all also was whistling like theasing me.i will never get anymore mtn product at all.your payment service are from 18th century and not reflecting online?????just disgusted.
