Payment dispute

MTN is a pathetic company, my account was suspended 2 months in a row due to incompetence, everytime i call the 135 call centre i get different and incorrect information as to why my account gets suspended and i pay every month. I emailed the complaints department on the 22nd September and till today 27th September i didn't receive any correspondence!!! I am going cancel my contract, i can't have a phone that gets suspended and my credit score ruined for payments i make monthly and on time!!! I am seriously disgusted and i have been with mtn for years now but to be treated like this is just pure **** that I don't deserve..... Will take my business elsewhere!!!!
