Payment & Closure

I understand that MTN is having problems at moment.....but honestly you mean to tell me that the entire MTN staff is not working.... how long does a person have to sit on the phone to get some decent service... allow me to explain what has happened till now... On Friday 12/06/2015...i have been trying to get a hold of MTN to have my contract closed... i sat on the phone for 1 hour and NO-ONE HAS EVEN HAD THE DECENCY TO PICK UP THE PHONE. then on Sunday 14/06/2015 i went to the Clearwater Mall branch and i was rudely told that...JUST GO AND CALL RETENTIONS AND THEY WILL CLOSE IT..... now this morning i tried to call you guys again. im now sitting again on the phone another 15 minutes.....CAN ANYBODY PLEASE HELP ME...ALL IM ASKING IS TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.....NOW CAN THIS SIMPLE ARRAGEMENT CAN BE DONE?
