Payment arrangements

Good day I have missed payments on my contract due to some financial problem and now I'm back on my feet to fix it. My installment is currently R2700 and I wanted mtn to make arrangements with me

The guy I spoke to told me I need to pay extra R2000 on my account and I told him I can't afford R47000 every month.

So I ask him can I pay my arreas in 12 months or I get a restructure on my account.

He then told me I have to pay R4700 there's nothing he can do.

As a clients a have to negotiate an amount that I can afford I can't lie and say I will afford 4700

Can someone help me resolve this matter please
