Payment arrangement query

I have a complain against MTN,I have a contract that I had an issue with payments,I have been trying to get hold of their payments arrangement team since last week with no luck,the 083 135 has never gone through,sent an email last week Thursday,up until today there has been no contact from their team,I am afraid this will impact my credit scoring,can someone from MTN please contact me ASAP
