Payment allocation since April 2021

I received bad service from Nosithembele Nabo !!! Who works for a Mtn enterprise support service ,ref number ***,their consultants don’t understand how to customer centric and knowledgeable about their work, the service is pathetic honestly I’ve been struggling with the same query since April this year and it seems no one is will to assist me, their so called banking team is a joke they can’t allocate a simple payment made via Company beneficiary option,I paid R548 and it went to 1 of the Mtn accounts but every one is just lazy to do their job and allocate the money to my account. I need someone to see this and hopefully help me my credit record is ruined because of Mtn and their pathetic service it’s disappointing such a big brand and it hires *********** people.
