Payment allocation horror

MTN did not receive my payment due to an incorrect reference number used, which was my mistake admittedly. I tried to rectify the issue since September 2016 but every two weeks from then I am getting in SMS from MTN stating that I am in arrears in my line will be suspended.

I tried to rectify the situation from my side in the following manner:

1. I called 808 and the lady told me that it would be allocated. It did not happen as the consultant provided the incorrect email address.

2. On October 24th, I called 808 again and spoke to a consultant who told me that I need to email the proof of payment through to him after which he will send it to be allocated. The proof of payment was sent **********
3. On November 8th, I called 808 again and spoke to a consultant who told me that I need to email the proof of payment to him again as it was not allocated. The proof of payment was sent to **********
4. On November 24th, I called 808 again and spoke to a consultant who told me that I need to email the proof of payment to ********** after which I received the following reply: "Thank you for submitting your query through this medium of correspondence. Your reference number for this query is ********** 6. Please keep the reference number so we can assist with tracking your query. We will respond to your query within 8 working hours. Kind regards MTNSA credit Management Department"

5. On the same day I received the following reply as well: " Good day, Thank you for your email.

Kindly note that I have contacted the client and logged REQ: ********** for payment allocation. Kind Regards, Olga Ntsime Credit Management MTN SA Reference Number: ********** 6" I do not know if this email was even meant for me as I am the client and Olga Ntsime DID NOT contact me at all.

6. On the 29th and 30th of November respectively I sent the following emails to ********** again: "Good day, I have received the following SMS today, yet again, from MTN: "Today 11:27 Yello, kindly pay R 577.33. immediately to avoid full service suspension and Legal Action. Pay at ABSA Bank account no. ********** 150. Kind Regards, MTNSA" Please confirm that the payment was correctly allocated as stated in the email received on November 24 from Olga Ntsime. Also, please provide me with written proof that this has been done and that the matter has been finalised. Thank you Nov 30 (5 days ago) to collectionsadm.
And I just received another SMS from MTN: "Your account is overdue. Please pay R 577.33 in at ABSA bank acc nr ********** 150 to avoid suspension. The line will be suspended in 1 day. Regards MTNSA"

Please rectify immediately!"

7. On 1 December my line was suspended again and I phoned 808, speaking to a consultant named Sthandiwe with reference nr ********** 05. She confirmed that she would activate the line again as she can confirm that the payment has been allocated.

8. Today at 9:08 I received yet another SMS stating that my account is overdue and I need to make payment to avoid suspension.

THE PAYMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN MADE ON THE 1ST OF OCTOBER! THE PROOF OF PAYMENT HAS BEEN SENT THROUGH TO MTN NUMEROUS TIMES!!!

I have tried everything in my power to rectify this situation but MTN is not doing their part.

PLEASE RECTIFY IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Reviewer Update

It is the payment for R577.37 that this whole thread is about. And this is EXACTLY what I am talking about. All the other people that I have emailed the proof of payment to has now dissappeared and now I have to sent it yet again. I have emailed the proof of payment through including the whole thread of previous emails sent.

Is it possible for MTN to now allocate the payment correctly and providing proof of this after 8 attempts?
