Payment Allocation

I am so frustrated with MTN, I made a payment about 2 weeks back.I have been trying to move two numbers to prepapid but could not do that without the payment, Payment is done but not reflecting on the system, As we speak my lines are suspended i get through to people that tell me that they will log request but never get back to me.now i have been given the responsibility of sending the email myself to EPPIX i dont know if this will help!!!!!!! ***
