Payment allocation

I have been calling all morning regarding a payment that I made via direct deposit yesterday. I was told that it normally takes 4 hours for it to reflect, it's over 24 hours and no seems to be able to see it. My line is currently suspended and in I cannot do anything. I have sent the proof of payment already. Can I get assistance with the payment allocation ASAP!
