<p>I haven't received anything from this stupid legal department. As I've asked and send alot of emails about my enquiry. How long does it take for them to get back to me. It's been 6 days already after posting a complaint and where is this legal team?? Mtn'so landline isn't answered which takes you to customer care. Why would I wanna speak to the customer care agents when they don't have any knowledge of anything that's happening. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why am I blacklisted when I pay on a monthly basis? Let me guess you gonna reply to this message after 4days again. Can you remove me from being blacklisted so I can move to another network. I'm really tired of MTN and sending complaint about this company.</p> <p> </p> <p>Whoever is gonna decide to reply, I really don't want your apologies. I just want a paid up letter and also my statements which haven't been sent in the last two months. </p>

We apologize for any inconvenience incurred.
The system cannot pick up that the account has been handed over to the legal department. We have sent the request to the legal department to check if your name is on the ITC list, if yes they will require from the attorneys to remove your name from the ITC list.
The system reflect that the new email address has been updated 22-9-2016 and this is the reason why you have not received the statements and invoices. We have sent to you the invoices and statements for August and September.
The account balance is now R 598.70.
