Payment

<p>Today I checked my credit score on Transunion on to find out that I'm owning R867 which I have paid, I called Mtn customer care spoke to stupid Shaw Osman who I asked to send me the prove of payment so I can send it to transunion to show them that I don't owe anything he then told me that he can't send me that I should call Mtn direct which I asked him to transfer me to them, I don't know where he transfered me to cos it said number doesn't exist. Had to Google the number and call mtn direct from my landline which I spoke to a guy who said that he doesn't work with such enquires, I explained to him that Shaw said I should speak to Mtn direct. I asked him to send me a paymental which he told me that customer care can do that. I mean why are the stupid agents so stupid. Why employ people who don't know anything or learn about their product. I'm not really surprised anymore that Mtn would do anything stupid really. I'm really annoyed. I've send an email to customer care with the check score, I really need explanations </p>
