Day 23...I have tried literally everyhting, still cannot get a hold of anyone to assist with my debit query. My account was in arrears. I made a EFT payment to not only pay the amount that was in arrears but also the next months payment using the details and a reference provided to me by MTN. My debit date is supposed to be on the 1st of every month. Yet on the 15th of july I was charged a R100 fee by my bank due to a unpaid MTN debit order, a debit order I paid weeks in advance. Very odd considering the fact that the service was activated after made the EFT payment but on some random day in the month MTN tried to make a deduction. Can someone, anyone get into contact with me so we can resolve this issue.
