PAYMENT

I am writing this correspondence with a heavy heart. I was offered a DATA contract for 100GB on the 26th of February 2026, and the initial payment was supposed to be R380, however the debit order that i Approved was R400. I did question that and i was told that it is the credit limit i had. On the 1st of March I only received 70 GB of DATA instead of the 100GB that we agreed upon. I called and enquired about this issue, and I was told it was going to be rectified as soon as possible. On 15 March MTN was supposed to debit an amount of R438,62 but it bounced back. today my services were terminated, and as for that reason I immediately paid the required amount, and I was reinstated. To my shock, even after the payment, the amount of R400 was still debited
