PAYING MTN MONTHLY FOR NOTHING

am an MTN customer,i had a contract for a modem, and on the 12th of April I received a call from a consultant who indicated that my contract was due for an upgrade,i agreed on an upgrade(ref no: puv ********** ),and I was suppose to pay R329 a month if am not mistaken,i was told that a cellphone will be delivered within seven days.It was not delivered and on the 1st of May R421 was deducted from my account, and upon enquiries I was told that they tried to call me but could not get hold of me and we made new arrangements for delivery but that also failed,i then decided to cancel that contract on the 4th of may 2017(within 30days),i was given ref no: ********** 67.I spoke to Neo who informed me that someone from mtn will call me but no one called until on the 1st of June I saw another deduction of R421 by Mtn,after being taken from pillar to post I spoke to Zanele who said the contract was not cancelled as requested but reversed,i requested again for cancellation to be lodged and was given ref no ********** 27 for such cancellation.I was told that I will be refunded within a week but up to now I am still not getting any help,i called the ********** number to enquire but I could not get through as it does not have an option for people who does not have cellphone number of the related enquiry. I ended up calling prepaid and the consultants there were not even interested to hear what I had to say. As they said they deal with prepaid related queries only and refused flatly to transfer me.After going back and forth one of them listened to what I had to say and transferred my call to contract department ,in a nutshell I need my money back and to cut ties with your company as your service recently leaves much to be desired.I have tried MTN's Facebook account and Barbara, who I assumed is in charge of MTN Social media team informed me that the matter has been escalated to their retention services"again" for further assistance, and that was on the 14th of June 2017.On the 30th of June MTN continued to deduct money from my account Irrespective of being told by the retention services consultants that cancellation was processed on 2017-05-09.Please MTN I want my money back.

I don't agree with the amount of R750.10 as MTN has deducted R421.00 for three months ,from end of April,May and end of June.I need the money I paid for three months. As for being paid within 3 to 5 working days, I can't say I trust you guys as I was told that before but I am still waiting.
