Paying for what I didn't agree on

I was called by one of mtn consultant about router contract, only to find out I will pay for something we didn't agreed on. I went to local MTN store, they couldn't help, I tried to reach them out and still they don't want to come and collect the router and cancel the contract. I don't want anything to do with MTN anymore and I done recommend their service to anyone. They are mire like ****s
