Paying for Upgrade that never happened.

On the 29th January 2017 I went into Cresta branch to do my upgrade on my phone. They didn't have the phone I wanted and said that they would phone me as soon as they get stock in. Very nice MTN branch. On the 31st January 2017 the call centre phoned me to advise that I am due for an upgrade. I explained that I am waiting for the branch to contact me back. The person on the other side explained they could do the upgrade over the phone and deliver the phone to me. I agreed. Two weeks later I was still without a phone and the MTN branch phoned me to say they've received stock.

I phoned the call centre to see what's taking so long. They had a problem at the warehouse and could not receive stock. I waited another two days, no stock. I then asked them to cancel everything and I was told that they need to sent an e-mail to Sipho who will be able to do this for me.

Still waiting for Sipho's phonecall. I went to the MTN in Cresta and they also phoned to check what's going on. Again I've requested for the upgrade to be cancelled.

I kept on phoning following up from my side, only to get new stories every time as to why this was not rectified.

On the 23rd Feb 2017 I spoke to your Retention department who assured me everything would be cancelled within 24 hours . Again nothing. I now had to pay for the new upgrade on my account this month and have no phone!!!!!!!!

I am now sick of this useless provider that changed an upgrade that was supposed to be something fast and simple into something so painful.

Please can someone phone me to cancel this contract!!!!
