PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DON'T HAVE
I am paying for a phone that I have yet to receive. Did an upgrade about a month ago, am being billed the upgraded amount but still no phone. Consultant at the branch can give me no answers as he is awaiting \head office's\" response. I call \"head office\" and get no joy either. It's strange that the contract has been approved, but nobody, not the consultant or \"head office\" can tell me why I can't have the phone. It seems I made a huge mistake going through a \"satellite\" MTN store rather than MTN branch itself. My advice to anyone, don't go to these little stores...waste of time and energy!!!!! It's so frustrating when you're paying for something that you don't have!!!!"
