Paying for something I can't use!
I often use my phone for international calls. Now suddenly I can't!!! I have been advised that I don't have airtime only minutes. All I want to do is use my phone and pay for my usage month end. No one can assist me....once again someone said that they will re-set it!!!!! Still no international calls. One day I can the next day not......no managers available and no Chad Alexander responding to my e-mails
