Paying for something I am not using.

I don’t know how many emails I have sent complaining about the same thing over and over again. If this wifi is not choosing what time to start working & what time to stop then it doesn’t work at all, right now it has been days on end & all it says is “Connected without internet” and it has been days, I am even considering cancelling the contract cause I can’t continue paying for something I am not using.
