Paying for services not recieved!!!!

I've been a Mtn customer for years now. I'm currently on a anytime 750 topup package and pays R1200 a month for 750 minutes, 100 smse's and 500mb of data. Since January I've been noticing that when I should receive my new minutes and data, no data has been added to my account. At first it didn't bother me cause I have wifi at home and dont use cellular data. But I picked up that my minutes are running out very quickly as its obviously using that when I'm not at home. Furthermore I have had the problem that in the past two weeks when I try to make a phonecall it says :" you have insufficient funds to make a phonecall", even though there is money on my account. This is highly frustrating as I am a surgeon that does calls, and when I cant phone it becomes a huge issue!! I've reported this on wednesday and have phoned 808 numerous times now, but nothing has been sorted out. Yesterday I phoned 808 and the consultant said he would load 1GB of data to my account so that I can work off that whilst the complaint is lodged. I'm still waiting for that data to be loaded. This morning I went to a Mtn shop again trying to get clarity on what is going on... I was told that it is most likely a technical problem and that it cannot be fixed from a shop. I was encouraged to just wait until Mtn gets back to me...

This is totally unacceptable as I'm paying for services that I am not receiving!!! I want to know what is going on and why its taking so long to resolve!!!! I also want to be reimbursed for all the data not recieved!!
