Paying for services but not able to utilize

I ordered the MTN Superflex deal and all was working well, that's until my line no longer works. I am unable to make calls and thought this was maybe due to a payment issue but when I checked that the debit order is going off and there shouldn't be any issues, I called in and the nightmare began, I am unable to call 135 from the number given by MTN for some reason and used an alternate line. with all the prompts and repeated calling to get through to a consultant which took about 25 minutes I spoke to a consultant who escalated the issue and advised I should switch my phone off for 15minutes and try calling, guess what, it still doesn't work.

So I am paying for services that I am not receiving.
