Paying for nothing
Paying for a bundle per month but then no data came when it should, so we called MTN and they said it was a technical error and that it should take 2 to 24 hours for the data to be on our phones. It is 35 hours later and still no data THAT I PAY FOR EVERY MONTH! This wouldn't have been such a huge problem for me in the past, but our upgrade 2 weeks ago was also a joke!
