Paying for Nothing!!!!

On Monday, 5 April 2021 my number was all of a sudden disconnected from MTN network, Customer services was unavailable and I called back and went to the MTN store for assistance.

Nobody can explain to me what has happened, it is a week later and all MTN has done is given me the run around and their call Centre staff are rude and lazy.. Phumelela, Chantal... The list is neverending of the amount of people I spoke to. None shows interest, cuts me off, eating whilst speaking to customers on the phone and they never return calls.

I'm stuck paying a contract which I don't get service I'm paying for. I have been a long standing customer but after this I will never do business with MTN again and I won't advise anyone to do business with them. Unprofessional and Horrible service!!!! Take back your contact!
