Paying for NO SERVICE

Paying for no service, again!!! Mondo rewards Co. Darian Moodley Tracking #: M777WR136A***D493 Returned with DSV on 24.04.2023

I am being billed for a tablet that I did not receive. A tablet was couried, which was the incorrect item, I sent it back with the details above. Have not received the correct one, but my account is being billed for the last 3 months. Every time I can, I speak to someone new, with a different ref number to give. I just need assistance PLEASE.
