Paying for itemised billing but not receiving it
I have been paying for itemised billing since February but I have not received one itemised bill. I also requested that my bill be emailed but they sent this via mms initially. At least this got sorted, but not the itemised billing. I have been to the shop where I took out my contract to no avail. When I phone 808 from my phone I hold for about a minute and then the call just drops. This has happened repeatedly. I cannot reach someone who can help me. I want my itemised bills from Feb to May or a refund. You cannot continue charging me for a service I am not receiving and then simply hiding behind a call centre that drops calls
