paying for insurance but claim rejected!!!!!

They have been debiting my account for insurance and now that my phone has been ****** they come with a story saying the insurance premiums deducted was for the old device. I called to confirm that my new device was covered and I was told that it is. I also asked if I may keep insurance for my old device EVEN THOUGH THE CONTRACT WAS OVER and I was told I cannot. I will not let this go as I work very hard for every cent of my money!!I REFUSE TO BE CHEATED
