Paying for DATA that is not provided

I have a MTN contract, Account number = A***. The cell number for the contract is = ***. I have been paying for my monthly data via debit order but have not received my 2g data since January 2016.<br> <br> When calling or visiting the branch, no staff member can assist, no staff member can take responsibility, no staff member can follow up or know about any previous queries from myself to MTN. There is also no manager in store to escalate this to. <br> <br> No staff member has any idea or clue that I have been experiencing these issues.<br> <br> I don't know who else to talk to and have no other avenue except to post a complaint on Hello peter.<br> <br> Can someone at MTN please bother to care enough to treat me (the customer) fairly and resolve this issue. <br> <br> Regards <br> <br> Warren Van Schoor<br> <br>
