Paying for data that i dont receive. No response from MTN!!!!

I am paying for data that i do not get. Clearly on my statement that i pay for data that i dont receive. Called the call centre and no feedback 2 weeks later. I suspect no qeurie was logged. Made a qeurie online and no respone
