Paying for a service, getting none now I want all my contracts moved onto a pay-as-you-go arragement

So yesterday I renew my contract for another 24 months and directly after this is done my line gets suspended so I can't make any calls or connect to the internet. Got an SMS saying I had exceeded my credit limit when in fact I had a carry over amount on my account in excess of R1100. Anyway, long story short, I would like my renewal to be cancelled and my existing contract that expires on 11/11/2016 must go onto a pay-as-you-go arrangement. This is inline with RSA legislation... I would also like to be reimbirsed for my line being suspended in error by MTN as I have not been able to use it for the last 2 days and it has negatively affected my ability to perform my job.

My reference numbers for my queries to MTN are ********** 7 & ********** 0. I also made a phone call but did not receive a reference number for that.

Thank you for the response and for "lifting" the suspension on my line. It is greatly appreciated but unfortunately the "damage" is already done and my mind is made up to leave MTN.
Kindly note that my request to cancel my renewal was sent prior to the renewal being completed and as such should never have been processed in the first place. To this end I should not be asked to pay an early termination fee as I am cancelling a contract that is ending on 11 November 2016 and my request is for this contract to migrate to pay-as-you-go on the 12th November. The new contract that was created was again an MTN error and as such should be sorted out by MTN without any penalties to me.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
