Paying for a package I'm not receiving
<p>On the 01/09/2016 I my application for a 24MTH MTNCHOICE 20GB@499 (NIGHT EXPRESS 40GB)24 UYO contract was approved and collected at Shelly beach branch. After receiving my SIM I immediately downloaded the MTN android app to track my data usage and realised I am only receiving 20GB Night Express data instead of my full 40GB stated on my contract. I emailed my consultant at Shelly beach branch stating my issue, she rep**** stating the issue was logged REQ: ********** . By November my data plan was still not fixed, I was still only receiving 20GB Night Express. I went instore on 19/11/2016 to inform my consultant once again of the issue, she than again opened a ticket with MTN REQ: ********** stating my issue. It is now 30/12/2016 and I haven't received any updates on my issue and I'm still not receiving the full 40GB Night Express. This is a breach of service and contract, a option to cancel the contract without a cancelation fee must be available, so I can take my money to a Service Provider who really wants it.</p>
