Paying for a laptop I don't have

I regret signing up for a laptop contract with MTN. MTN gave me a substandard Dell Inspiron laptop which only worked for about two months and then the keyboard stopped working. Letters would not respond. On the 15th of September 2017, I then decided to return it to the MTN shop in Bethlehem for repairs. It was sent for repairs. But now it is stuck at the so-called repair centre. It has been more than a month and the feedback I got was that it is still at the repair centre. I am now getting into the second month and its at the repair centre. No word on what is happening. Meanwhile, MTN continues to deduct the monthly installment.

I advice those who on the market for a new laptop NOT to consider MTN laptop contracts. You will end up like me with a product that mulfunctions quickly and then gets stuck at the "repair centre." My advice, consider other alternatives such as CellC, Telkom etc. Apparently I had been approved for a cellc laptop contract when I decided to go with MTN. Now I regret.

To MTN, please cancell this contract which has now resulted i you reaping me off my hard earned money. I am not having any laptop at the moment and yet I am paying the installment for it. Which company does this? How long is a laptop repaired? Please stop reaping me off and cancel this contract.
