Paying for a device I have not received for more than 2 months now already!
I have been paying R539 for a device I have not received for more than two months.
No feedback whatsoever!!
This is my third complaint on hello-peter. My Rica Adress will change within a week since we are moving. How in the world will I receive my device then??
Please do something about this!!!!
Not even the branch I did the deal through can give me any feedback since they are not receiving any!
Where is the communication in this company!?
Waiting for someone to call me ASAP!!!

Still no reply on what will be done regarding this matter.
Last I heard the MTN complaints analyst were going to phone the warehouse to find out if the parcel containing my iPad can be sent to MTN Vryburg.
