Paying for a contract i am not receiving. *****ing money without compensation
I have a contract and I top up every 17th. Incident get my top up in Feb nor March!!! I phoned in on 23 feb to report that I didn't get my top up. They sent me a ref nr . 1- ********** 6948. A day later i got an sms to say my incident has been resolved yet i am still waiting on that airtime and sms bundle. And now again in march the same story!!!! Worst service ever. Why am I paying then if I do not get what I pay for. Been fighting other instances with mtn as well since Dec last year.

23 Mar 2018, 09:41The R400 that you see allocated to me was "backpay" for Nov and Dec because I also didn't get anything then. I still need to get for Jan, Feb and March!!
