Paying for 10Gigs of Data and Receiving 4Gigs

Paying for 10Gigs and Receiving 4Gigs and MTN can't seem to sort the issue out. Pathetic. Spent more than an hour talking to call centre agents. Been transferred. Had people hang up. Frustrated and Angry with the service I have received.
