Paying for 100 topup contract but getting 60 topup
I upgraded to the MTN topup 100 last year for my wife. For the past few months she's been telling me she only gets 60 free minutes instead of 100 free minutes.

When I took the contract I was told I will receive 100 free minutes monthly which happened for a few months and then it all changed. Plus she has told me she can't even buy data with the free airtime, why is that?

Can someone please check and tell me what's going on as this is a breach of contract. I want all those minutes transferred back into her phone.
