Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns and affording us the opportunity to address the same. Kindly accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Kindly note that an electronic device cannot maintain its same value a year later. If you had taken out the device at the time and agreed to pay the said price, we cannot decrease the contract monthly amount a year later.

Totally understand that but that device cannot and has not lost its value. And the fact that last year I was told it comes only with one package. I cannot choose another package with that device. Secondly in no way can the top of the range Samsung tablet loose it's value by half in a year. The difference is that this year MTN is prepared to offer a cheaper contract! Basically you gave me no other contact options and your reply reflects the same attitude. The difference is that my husband and I have 2 cellphones that need to be renewed. Why would we do so with a company that has such an attitude!! In any buisness transaction there needs to be room for negotiation! But then you don't need my buisness do you!

Just for your information I phoned Samsung and that particular tablet has not devalued but gone up in price!!! The difference is the contract that you are prepared to offer which I was not given any other option!!
