Paying Customer Account Blocked

<p>My partners account debit order goes off every month from my account. Debit order was never returned. This month like every other month the debit order goes off on the 1st. On the 2nd i received this message</p> <p>Yello, this is a reminder that you have exceeded your Credit Limit of R 426.00 Your services have now been suspended for outgoing calls. Kind Regards, MTNSA</p> <p>We phoned in and was told nothing is wrong on the account. They think it is someone else's message.</p> <p>On the 3rd the phone was blocked. When we phoned they have every excuse in the book untill we ask them to look up. Never there mistake it is the computer that made the mistake. Really</p>
