Paying accounts ontime all the time ends up in "numbers being suspended"

I am having so many issues with mtn the last year or so but this time they are just taking it to far now, i am so done with MTN! I had insurance with them cancelled it 30 days in advance,,now 30 days they are still billing me, and suspending my numbers because there is an amount outstanding for my insurance.... which in case i have knowledge of canceling...... So then i try calling 808, i cant because i am suspended, but then the voice prompts tell me to "call your service provider" *** am i trying to do????? They dont bother caontacting me after requesting them to... I just decided i cancelled my insurance i am not going to pay this amount they are telling me i need to pay, why pay for service if one has cencelled it... my contract phones amount has always be paid ontime and in full, no reason to suspend a persons phone over insurance if the phone, contract, airtime and data has been paid for. Our phones are part of our work if our work cant be done how do you expect me to pay anyway. I will not pay a cent if this is not corrected and if some "manager" does not contact be by end og day!
