Payed Up Letter Delay

Hello everyone, I wanted to share with you my horrible experience regarding the monthly data contract I took at MTN. When I signed a contract at MTN I wasn't aware that it was a combo hence I wasn't paying what I was expecting to pay. After 2 months I decided to pay my outstanding balance that I was owing to MTN and terminate my contract. I've tried all my best to get my payed up letter at MTN since February 2023 and it's been almost 8 months since they have been delay the process. One of my college told me about Peter and how helpful you are, please kindly assist me on this issue Peter.
