Payed no response
Hi , After I was told that my line was disconnected because it wasn't payed (I don't get bills in the mail ever !!!) I thought it would be payed when my depot orders went through . I was told that if I payed the line would be activated ... Well I payed and sent 2 emails to ask that the line be activated without any response so I want my line activated and I want to be reimbursed for the weeks it was off after payment . Account nr A*** . I am defiantly going to change providers as soon as I can but for now I would like it if my line actually worked

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service.
We can confirm that the account is now current, we've removed the collection plan and we've reconnected both lines. Please insert both SIM cards in your devices and they should be active for you to use.
We've also now requested the Legal Department to remove the legal status from the account.
