PAY VAT ON FREE MINUTES???
Hi<br> <br> upgraded July, really nice people at tygervalley, saw my account was running a tab on VAT - payable on free minutes? Went back, they created a query for head office - really nice service at Tygeralley, but head office has not sorted my problem? I have data, sms and free minutes still on my contract and they sms me that I have gone into pay mode since yesterday? on what ? VAT on free minutes. I am 35 years old and my contract is mine since I've been 18? I've never migrated to another provider etc. The same number forever. What does loyalty pay for.....

Kindly be advised that the billing is correct the VAT(14%) that you are paying is for the whole account not for free mininutes, I have requested for an itermised billing to be emailed to you , it shows the break down of your account charges so that you can see what you are paying for.
