Pay or get blacklisted

Mtn is busy making peoples lives very difficult and because of them i might be blacklisted. I phoned the customer care department to try and make payment arrangements on my account unfortunately my work situation has changed and my salary has been cut by 50% so due to circumstances beyond my control and not my fault i can not afford to pay mtn in full every month i can only afford to pay a certain amount every month just for them to tell me we do not accept payment arrangements and you have to pay it n full or get blacklisted im already stress as it is because im losing everything and now this DO NOT OPEN ANYTHING WITH MTN they are fast to get you a contract and take your money but won’t help you if you are in financial trouble
