Pay my money back, I want every cent that you owe me!

This is the 3rd time I am writing a review about MTN and no one has sorted this out yet.

I have 2 numbers with MTN (one for R199 and one for R289). MtN has deducted R1516 in November instead of R589 and another R1516 in December instead of R589. MTN deducted an extra R927 for 2 consecutive months, total R1854.

After going to the MTN Soneike store in Cape town (Kuilsriver) to try and sort this out, MTN has credited me with R 1237.98 instead of R1854. I was assisted by Miemie Maarman a very rude manager who was unwilling to assist and told me that I should call MTN 135 because clearly I can't read the emails she sent, there's nothing she can do anymore. I am fuming as I am writing this that she speaks to customers like that.

MTN I want my money back and I really hope this time you will take my query into consideration. Once you pay me back I am closing all my contracts as I do not want anything to do with this network anymore.
