pay me back my money MTN

MTN does not respond to service requests. It took me 7 months to cancel and expired contract where the company continued to debit my account without my consent. Quick to take my money but very slow in paying it back. Fails to respond to e-mails. Cannot be resolved telephonically and agents say to expect a call but no one calls. When can i expect me refund. Is it going to take me another 7 months to get back the money they owe me!
