Pay for me request from unkniwn numbers on daily basis not a ********** activity according to cystmer care

I have been a customer of MTN for a long time. After having a hard time upgrading one of my contracks I keep on getting messages for pay for me requests. I did sent mtn cystomer care a message about it and reporting it as froudelent actifity on my account. They dont have a problem with it! Even after I reported that nuber as not a friend or famy member. Pay me request are being sent to my account almist every day! It is denied because I don't have air timr om my accoung. I am not renewing any of my contracjts with them shoukd that time comes. It is annoying getting messages for unsuccesful transactiins I did not authorize.
